Many professional women find themselves at a crossroads in their lives because of life transitions like divorce, empty nest, a dead-end job, loss of a life partner, retirement, workaholism, a major life event, or just being stuck.
Arms Around Her is an opportunity to bring your closest most trusted friends (2-3 max), which I call ‘your tribe’, to spend 2-3 sessions working with a professional facilitator to support and assist you to get unstuck. These sessions will help you to break-through, to make important decisions, and create a plan to move forward to clarity and a more fulfilling life. This is not therapy or a replacement for therapy. This is not clinical in nature.
Arms Around Her will include the following:
An assessment, an interview, tribe agreement to focus solely on the individual seeking assistance for the duration of the sessions. The outcome will include a facilitated experience with most trusted friends based on the assessment, which will result in an action plan to move forward.
Our Women of Purpose Retreats are held two times per year in Cape Cod, MA.
Groups of 10-30 women come together for 2-6 days to re-discover the queen inside. Join us and enjoy:
Leave with a renewed sense of self, being relaxed, feeling healthier and with an action plan to move forward.
